Check-in and Check-out

Please remember that upon arrival it is mandatory to present a valid identity card or passport.

  • Check-in from 3.00 pm.
  • Late Check-out (UPON AVAILABILITY).

Payments

  • 100% for the stay will be paid at the time of booking.
  • We accept credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% of the payment made will be refundable if cancellation of the reservation occurs within 5 days before the arrival date.
  • 50% of the payment made refundable if the cancellation of the reservation occurs within 24 hours before the arrival date.
  • 0% refundable if cancellation occurs after the arrival deadline.

Note on Rates

Children from 0 to 14 years old do not pay. They must however be accompanied by a legally responsible adult guest.

Pets

We do not accept pets.

Regulation

  • Smoking is prohibited in the entrance and inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted in the garden and in the courtyard as long as the butts are thrown into the appropriate ashtrays.
  • You are always asked to maintain a respectful attitude towards other condominiums, and to respect the structure and what it contains. Please leave the premises as you found them as much as possible.
