They must however be accompanied by a legally responsible adult guest.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\tPets\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>We <strong>do not accept pets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\tRegulation\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Smoking is prohibited in the entrance and inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted in the garden and in the courtyard as long as the butts are thrown into the appropriate ashtrays.<\/li>\n<li>You are always asked to maintain a respectful attitude towards other condominiums, and to respect the structure and what it contains.
